Shape 5

I am new to Joomla and started installing templates and extensions from the club. I had trouble with a MapIt Extension and a background problem with the DuoPlate take_two template so I notified support of my trouble.

Almost immediately I got a reply that the template file was packaged wrong and was emailed the background file with detailed instructions on how to correct the problem!

Then I was informed that the two modules I was trying to install were 1.0 and not for 1.5. Like I said I am new.

What I happened next is over and above the call of duty! I was asked which module I wanted to use and they would work on that module to upgrade it to 1.5 so I could use it on my site!!!

Now that is Super Support and Service!!!

I am so glad I went with Shape5 from the beginning. Shape5 is definitely at the top of the food chain when it comes to Template Clubs!
