Title: Install Etensity

Hello, i know how to install Joomla 1.53, Template, and virtuemart. My question is what is the quickest, easiest way to install all three so that it will look like the demo and then i can work backwards off of that. I see it comes with sql dump.....will that also populate demo products. I have very limited time and knowledge and want to know easiest way to set demo as framework and then change things to fit my new site.
