I get this error message:

Yes that is why, the PSD is too large.  What you can do is just purchase the conversion with no file upload.  Then simply shoot an email to contact at shape5 dot com with your PSD attached.

I'm not sure what you mean by the first question.  Your template would be coded similar to our club templates but as I state below, if you aren't satisfied because something isn't working as it should, we'll fix it.

Yes you have after sale support, pretty much until the template functions as it should. If we do a job and for example the left and right modules are supposed to collapse but you receive the template and they don't.  We won't leave you hanging, just let us know and we'll fix it for you until the template is functioning as it should.
