Hello,

I purchased the Shape5 membership a little while ago and setup the University template, well at least I started it.  I got very busy and couldn't finish it and now my account has expired.

I was hoping that someone can help me or extend my account so that I can post.  I have installed the University template but the multibox isn't working at all.  A new window is popping up instead of opening the box.

Please help...  I really need to get this site up.

I am sorry but product support and forum support is only available during the time of your membership. You would need to renew your membership and post in the University forum board to receive support.
