Hi,

I have bought a 2 month membership for the template University, that I want to use for my association website,

I think to upgrade to a developper membership in order to create sites for others possible creations requests,

but, I have still some questions waiting for an answer in the forum support, that have not been answered for 3 days, now the support will be closed for the Week-end, so I guess I have have answers until at least monday.

so my question is, will an upgrade membership give me a faster support ? cause I cant afford beiing stuck with a (or some) problems 1 week if I create websites for real customers.

Reading the forum, I have also seen some questions that have never been answered (for severals month),
does it means you answered in PM or that you havn't answered at all ?

I'm sorry they were overlooked, they will be answered today. No upgrade will not get faster support we answer daily but yours were overlooked unfortunately. If a day goes by just send us a PM or repost in the same thread to get some attention on it.
