: How good is support? : rederik December 05, 2010, 03:47:36 PM A pre purchase auestion: It appears that your support is o.k. as I read the detaild replies in the forum, but is there also other means of support, a ticket system? I have not had very good experience with support from another template provider, with regard to questions of configuring a template, so I am prepared to switch to Shape 5 if the support is ok.
And one more question - do the templates come with full demo content? It would make it easier to modify, than with only the standard Joomla content.. Thanks for answering.
