Secondly, my main issue is the jump with regards to developer membership. I am a very part-time, small scale developer, and really only do work for people I know. Therefore I don't really know what demand there might be. $225 commitment which would last for 1 year only therefore is a bit much for me. Is there any chance of some kind of developer membership that either works on a monthly basis or has other limitations (such as per domain, etc) that might be more suitable for people like me? I could, I suppose, just do it without developer membership, but I'd rather do it all properly. The only way around that is for your clients to signup as members and they provide you the template to work on.
