There are NO hot real estate templates. Need something that'll blow away realtor . com, fsbo . com, buyowner . com, owners . com, byowner . com and forsalebyowner . com. You can always insert Open-Realty or HotProperty into any template so they can have the MLS capacity and throw in a couple of mortgage calculators and current interest rates to make 'em drool....

IE; search by city with a radius of X-miles, or sor by class, sq ft, (commercial, warehouse, residential) I think those would be more hot then the MLS insert. I think the clients would like to highlite their listings on their site.
