Not sure how the exact term so here goes a description of the problem with the DuoPlate template -

When I create a new menu and choose type "Article" and click on the "select an article" the button kicks me into a new screen. Normally this is Lytebox type pop-up that opens up the list of articles. You click on the article title and the pop-up closes and the article box is populated.

How did this get disabled? or how do I enable this?   Right now I can't do anything because when the new screen opens and I click an article,it just sits there!

This is quite odd, the template really shouldn't affect this.  Could you PM login details for FTP and Joomla on your site?
