Hello,

The memberships typically start when you purchase them, so we don't have discounts built in. However, if you decide to upgrade relatively soon just send an email to [email protected] and we will be able to work an upgrade discount for you.

So, don't call it upgrade, but just a new membership with a discount - the same you do during Christmas ... -
When convenient - 15% is about 2 months - for your customers you should work on a discount for the same fraction of the value in time...
E.g. After 6 months, a 50% discount of the price of the cheaper membership

Hello giampi,

Firstly, please do not bump posts from 2008. If you have any additional questions regarding our memberships please create a new thread and we can assist you from there.

I am also not sure what you are referring to here. We offer 15% off renewals for users that have already purchased a membership before. If a member wishes to upgrade from a Standard > Developer membership and is still an active member we can also accommodate this and credit the account with the remaining difference.

For those instances please email [email protected] with your requests.

Thanks,

-Mike
