S5 Tab Show looks great. I would like to use it with the Business Look Template. Can you make it available for download in the extensions section? This would be a slick addition to your collection of downloads.

Thank you for your cool templates :-)

Hi, unfortunately it can't be a module because Joomla 1.5 does not allow for modules positions to be called inside of other modules. In 1.0 you could do this. This is why we needed to build it in to the template.

Actually i think it IS possible! If you have a look at the YooTopPanel extension from YooThemes, they seem to have cracked the case. It works as follows...

Step 1: You first set up the extension, it installs as a module that takes a category  as inputparameter, it then displays all articles placed in that category in a slick toppanel...

Step 2: you can then display any module in the toppanel, by creating a new article and and load a module in there by using a (default?) plugin {loadposition examplemoduleposition} (where examplemodulepositionis the moduleposition you want to display in the article)

Step 3: Now any module that is published in the "examplemoduleposition" gets displayed in the toppanel!

I think this technique can be relatively easy to implement in your "version" of the s5_tab or the more recently re-published S5_Box (in the architect template). I hope you will take this option in consideration and make a leap forward in flexible, easy to integrate, module design...

haha, well... I realized THAT just after i finished my comment, didn't saw that it was already published at that time. Stupid me... :P But any plans on releasing the s5 box as a component yet? this could be based of the same principle...

This XML is located in the template folder of the template you have assigned to your site.
