Accommodation template for small hotels, self catering, bed and breakfast, youth hostels. 

If possible module to show 3d images of rooms?

You get some accommodation templates but they are normally all old fashioned lookingl

Somthing simple/contemporary like http://www.dakotaforthbridge.co.uk/ would be nice, with gallery on the right that changes the top image is a very cool feature, add that with availability calendar where you can set how many rooms you have and what type, postcode navigation via google maps or somthing would be great.

I fully agree. A B&B template is a good idea. It should also be possible to make an online reservation and booking too with payment possibility. And it should be possible to show guided tours (movie, 360 degree vision et cetera) of rooms and other accomodations. It also should be possible to make reservations for other B&B's in your area, as a sort of affiliation system. In example like the http://demo.mosets.com/hotproperty/ I'd like to show my own B&B but also the other B&B's in my area and make online reservations for them. The last thing may be a bit complicated, because you need a sort of bridge to login on the other B&B systems, but it's just an idea. Would be a great commercial template a lot of people want to pay extra for. I would.

i fully agree too ! this was posted in 2009 and there is still no B&B / Holiday Home template, how come ?

Thank you for your suggestion. When our developers are looking for themes for new templates they usually start on this board to see what members are looking for. While it won't guarantee this will be an upcoming theme it will increase the chances with more requests.

Most templates can be modified to any type of layout you need however with basic CSS and extensions/images.
