Title: You convert my PSD into a joomla template ?

If I've understand your Article, you can create a template which looks exactly like the picture I did with psd and all the functionalities I would like ?

So for example I make a PSD picture and write on this pictures where I want witch module and which functionalities I want to have and you create the template thats looks exactly like the PSD and has all the functionalities ?

Am I right ?
What should I buy to get that ?
