How about a finance template? Charlie :) : Re: finance : cybersi March 30, 2010, 04:28:17 PM I would also give my vote for a financial/financial services template. : Re: finance : mikek March 31, 2010, 08:01:27 AM Hello, do either of you have any examples of sites like you are looking for?
: Re: finance : cybersi April 04, 2010, 03:48:37 PM Hello Mikek, A nice one is http://www.zurich.com Why? - I like the header of the page? It also makes it possible to present testimonials or news. Just scroll over a picture.. - It has a stock quote section (could be a feed from an outside source...either for the Stock markets or for other markets...Forex, oil..etc) - I like the menu in the header. - A good finance site could also have integrated an investment calculator which would calculate how an investment might grow: on a monthly or yearly basis if the gains would be so and so much in % per period. If the investment would be compounding or not etc. For example such a calculator could draw a graph based on the following: 1. Size of investment 2. Later periodical re-investments(yearly, monthly, per quartal) 3. Length of investment (in years or months) 4. Yearly or monthly yields (you would need to enter the %) 5. Compounding or not... With all this the calculator would make the calculation and or drawing of graph. This are just suggestions but I would gladly cooperate and post more ideas if you approve such a template production in the near future. |
