selling monthly reacurring subscriptions , one time buys
and pre paid per time zone - 6 months 12 months

remote desktop support - That is the service / product
Time tracking and reoccuring billing.
online communication and help desk,
customer can find information on sessions when logged in to the site
technicians can work from home, just have to log in to back bone, using SNS at the moment

I still work with the old x-cart, trying to redo one of your skins and horribly failing!
