How 'bout a basic mobile/PDA template?  I'm trying to bring up a whole new website and a second subdomain for just mobile browsers as well....it'd be nice to have one that could handle it all.  I tried that PDA-mambot/template combo out there and it's just a little too buggy for me.  I don't need it to necessarily decode what the user is using to view the site, but rather a simpler version for a lite site with pretty much static content.

Just a thought...

Sometimes it's not so much the look, but the gadgets the site will have (like an MLS search for their area).  You can always insert Open-Realty or HotProperty into any template so they can have the MLS capacity and throw in a couple of mortgage calculators and current interest rates to make 'em drool....
