Hi Mike,

Today I became a member and downloaded your latest template including sql dumps.

Is there a tutorial how to do a sql dump ? presume you firstly have to do the sql dump
and thereafter install the template ?

is there a step by step manual somewhere ?

thanks for your reply  Roll Eyes

Hi, every server is different but basically what you want to do is setup a fresh install of Joomla, go through the entire setup and install the template. Once it's done you'll need to open your phpadmin or whatever program your server is using. Drop all the existing tables in the database and then import the SQL dump. This will erase the default tables and import the ones from the demo.

Anyone doing this will have to make sure the database prefix is set to jos_ in the configuration.php file
Cheers
