Hello,
I have a 3 personal site membership.  I would like to know if I upgrade to the unlimited sites (personal sites), will I have to pay the full amount? I just signed up a few weeks ago, 2 or 3 I think.  I hope I will just have to pay the difference!  Please, let me know asap so that I can make up my mind.

Hello, upgrades are handled manually because we can only discount the amount of the membership that is left. In other words if you had a 2 month membership and already used a 1 month we can only discount half of the membership. When you are ready to upgrade simply send an email to contact@shape5.com and we will provide you with a discount coupon as credit towards your upgrade.
