When I purchase a new Theme can I launch the theme as a new Joomla Install to make it display all the demo content and layout? I know Rockettheme does that but not sure if you guys do the same.

Hello, yes we have what are called site shapers which are complete installs of Joomla with our demo data pre-installed.
