A pre purchase auestion: It appears that your support is o.k. as I read the detaild replies in the forum, but is there also other means of support, a ticket system?    I have not had very good experience with support from another template provider, with regard to questions of  configuring a template, so I am prepared to switch to Shape 5 if the support is ok.

And one more question -  do the templates come with full demo content?  It would make it easier to modify, than with only the standard Joomla  content..

as client shape5.com  i could told You that support here is very quickly and very good, when you want to have all demo information you should install sitesharper its contain (jommla instalation + template with all components) - looks exactly like demo template.
