I had a license but it recently expired. We have a site that has been under development since before my license expired.
I have the emercantilism  template for Joomla 1.5, is is set as the default template.
It's running Joomla 1.54

Virtumart Your Version: 1.1.0

We just noticed the following:

1. Go into Template Manager.

2. Click on emercantilism.

3. Click on Preview (the one with the ourglass inside of the template area.)

Instead of getting a preview with the module positions you get this errror:

500 - Unable to load renderer class

What can I do to fix the problem?

Hello,

This functionality is built into Joomla itself so from a template aspect there really isn't anything to debug or fix but if you have SEF URLs turned on try it without them and see if this helps.  If not there may be something corrupted in the Joomla install.
