are both emercantilism and etensity totaly ready for joomla 1.5.5 and Virtumart 1.1 including all necessary mods ?

will it cost me xtra to make site look like demo or are there quickstart packages and/or directions/support to assist me.  Will I be able to upgrade this free account I had to create to post ?s to a paid account?

I have to say that with all the good reviews of the support here I am more then a little surprised that I received no response to my post. You would think that Pre Sales would be way up there as far support goes.   In business I have always said that if you have to chase a company to give them your money then you should not be surprised that you have to chase them after you pay them.

Apologies for the slow response, your post was overlooked. 

Yes eTensity is ready for 1.5.5 and VM 1.1 and that includes everything.  We currently do not have an eTensity quickstart package but plan to release one in the future.  Once you signup support is free so we can help you get your site looking like the demo.  Yes you can upgrade this free account just go under the "member info & upgrade/renew" area to upgrade your account.
