Dear Sir,

I have purchased a developer membership on 5 th Nov.2011.But when i checked out my account ,it shows validity is only till march 2012. Why this happened..? As per my knowledge i should get a validity till 4 th Nov.2012.

Please look into matter and elaborate the issue.

Hello,

Dates are in Month/Day/Year format, not Day/Month/Year. Your membership is valid until next November.
