Hi, I joined Shape 5 (2 months ago) with a 1 year subscription.  Today I logged in and it says that my subscription is expired?  Help Please!

On 9/22/2011 you purchased a 2month membership that expired on 11/22/2011 for $49.99. Our one year membership is $69.99. A history of your memberships can be found on the My Account page in the upper right corner.

That is odd.  I never looked at the confirmation.  I really wanted the year for $69 as it is a much better deal and includes 3 domains.  What can be done to correct this order?

Hello,

You can renew your membership from the My Account page at 15% off. I cannot apply credit for your old membership because it has already expired. We can only apply credit equal to the amount of time left on a membership.
