There is definitely a demand for this...

There are NO hot real estate templates.  Need something that'll blow away realtor . com, fsbo . com, buyowner . com, owners . com, byowner . com and forsalebyowner . com.

One of the other clubs I belong to released one a couple months ago but it's just so so.

Sometimes it's not so much the look, but the gadgets the site will have (like an MLS search for their area).  You can always insert Open-Realty or HotProperty into any template so they can have the MLS capacity and throw in a couple of mortgage calculators and current interest rates to make 'em drool....

I think more the ability to post listings and have advanced search features. IE; search by city with a radius of X-miles, or sor by class, sq ft, (commercial, warehouse, residential) I think those would be more hot then the MLS insert. I think the clients would like to highlite their listings on their site.
