Hi, it looks really good, very professional. One suggestion would be to make the logo just a tad bit bigger.

The site looks very very nice, clean and neat and I just have few questions regarding to making the layout. Hope you or someone here can help me answering.

How do you make a plain and clean homepage like that with S5 Frontpage Display on show only? What type of home button should it be to get layout of homepage like that?

You could use the etensity template which has a seperate template for the homepage. 
I have done this for a new site (still under development) but used the S5 image fader instead of S5 Frontpage module.
