Hi,

I have installed, Your Store and Virtuemart.

Gone through the manuals and installed everything accordingly BUT where is the button to make this appear in the Store?

All I get is the standard layout of Your Store (Shape5) and nothing about my Virtumart shopping cart.

I have tried the Search and it also sees nothing.

Any clues?

Hello Greg,

In order to get Virtuemart on your homepage just make the "online shop" the highest hierarchy on your main menu.  Whichever menu item is listed as the first one, is the one that Joomla uses as the homepage.

Did you install both the component and the module?

com_virtuemart....
mod_virtuemart....


The mod is the menu used for the shop. I would suggest using the ecommerce edition available at http://virtuemart.net  Not only does it have everything, it puts a few more things in there.
