Does Hable Chat work with eMerchantillism regardless of Joomla version 1.53 or 1.57?

How do I activate SEO through eMercantillism with respect to JOOMLA?  For example, submitting a basic description of my site for search engines to find it?

Hello Habla Chat will work with any Joomla template, including eMercantilism. SEO is enabled in the global configuration of Joomla.
