I was a member of the website for three months. Now, I am trying to download the js Gzip and it will not let me. Do I have to pay for another three months to have access to extensions and templates?

When you refer to GZIP being enabled in PHP - do you mean in the 2.5 Global Configuration radio button?  Or is there more to it than that?  And do I first enable GZIP before Shape 5 CSS and JS Compressor Plugin?

The compression for the mentioned url above is done through the plugin manager on the s5 css and js compressor plugin.
