Updates 1.7 to 2.5 and now the articles will not save properly. I add images and justify text and when I save, the text remains with left alignment with no paragraph breaks and the image that I insert does not show.

Anyone know what I need to do or install?  Frustrating!!

Thanks.

Hello,

A template wouldn't have any effect on this. I would suggest posting on joomla.org's forum boards to see if there are any similar issues there. This issue directs relates to the CMS itself. You should also check your editor parameters in the plugin manager to make sure they are correct.

Thanks, I found the answers.

For those with the problem.

1)  extensions >>> Editor - TinyMCE >>>> Basic Options >>>> Functionality >>>> set to Extended

then

2)  site >>>> Global Configuration >>>> Text Filters >>>> Super Users >>>>> select No Filtering

Problem fixed.
