When using the Gamevision template the article editor does not show a pop-up window for uploading files and page breaks. Instead it open in the same window. This causes a javascript error when you try to submit the form. The editor functions work fine in the admin panel and with other templates.

Any ideas where I can look to fix this. The only thing I've noticed is content_css links to templates/gamevision/css/editor_content.css which does not exist. With a wild stab in the dark I've copied the content.css file from the system css directory and renamed it to editor_content.css but it didn't make any difference.

Any help before I go poking around some more will be appreciated.
