I'm seriously thinking of upgrading to Developer. I've had other people approach me about building sites, with developer, even if they own the site, can i download the site shaper to their account and build it from there. What are the limitations, I want to make sure I do the right thing and operate within the parameters.

also...are all of the templates able to be viewed from mobile devices.

Developer members have full rights. You can put our products on any website and build them directly on your customer's sites.
