I purchased a 1 domain membership and have spent the last several months developing the site on a test host. The site will now be migrated to it's home domain in the next few months. Do I enter the domain somewhere so you know where the template is being used?

No you do not have to enter a domain anywhere to let us know, you can move it to the home domain
