Hello,

I know it feels like a silly question but I'm new to these stuff, what I know is that both of them are for customizing the templates as you like but I'm not sure about that.

So can you tell me please what is the difference?

Thank you.

Hello,

1) The framework is basically the structure behind the Template itself. That is what creates the grid layout, row sizes, backgrounds etc.

2) The Template is what you can install to an existing Joomla installation and is used for styling and site layout

3) A Site Shaper is similar to the Template itself but also includes all our demo data. This is a great option for someone newer to our products.

Both the Templates and Site Shapers come pre-packaged with the latest Vertex Framework. If your site has an older version of Vertex you can download the patch from our site to update your current site with the latest features.
