Hello,

Business Pro is a Club Based product and has a specific forum board for questions. You will need to have an active membership with us to receive support on club products. Former Club Members get 15% off renewals through your account page on any new membership package.

Hello,

You would need to post on your companions account that has club access. That is the only way for us to verify legitimacy of our products as well as provide support for club members. You can use Firebug to identify the DIV/Class if needed manually.

Hello,

I am sorry but we would need to see some form of an active subscription before providing support on club products. It would be unfair to users with active memberships if we offered the same level of support to non club members. As stated you can use Firebug and hover over the element and you should see the Div/Class in the output.
