I just bought membership for 3 domains , but I cant download any template ?
how can I download the template ?

Hello,

Your payment failed 2checkout's fraud checks. Every payment that goes through 2checkout is checked for any signs of fraud by them, and if the check fails the charge is refunded and the membership cancelled immediately. Unfortunately, we are not given any details as to why a charge is labeled as fraudulent. I would suggest purchasing the membership again, but using Paypal; which is much more lenient on fraud checks.

hey
I bought a 1 year member ship again , I download templates and suddenly I note that my membership expired !!
what is the problem , I need a support for the templates !!
please help me in this

Hello,

I stated above what is happening with your membership. Your second payment failed the fraud checks as well. If you keep submitting the same information they will fail the payment each time. As suggested above I would suggest trying with Paypal, not 2checkout.

Hello,

You will need to discuss any payment information with the payment processor you have used as we do not handle payments directly. After a payment has been verified by the processor your account will automatically be flagged as "Club Member" status. As stated though your payment was flagged as fraudulent by 2Checkout so your best bet would be to give them a phone call to see why that is.
