You do not currently have a paid membership with us. Support is part of your membership and expires when your membership expires. You will need to renew in order to receive continued supported.
I can't tell you which third party extension to disable because I don't know which you have installed. You would need to disable all of them to see if one is conflicting. As I stated above the slider you are using is not calling jquery properly. The menu works fine on the page listed above, which tells me you have a script being called on the homepage that is conflicting, and that is something that the extension developer needs to correct. For example, this module is not calling jquery properly:

Jquery should only be called from Joomla itself or it will cause conflicts. That module is most likely causing the problem, but again you would need to disable all third party extensions.
