Hello Guys, it is first time I am using Shape5. I have only tested few free templates in the past and decided to buy Samba. I love your work by the way. Pretty self explanatory and easy to find things and write own css.  However I have few questions that you might be able to help. Next time I probably won't need use your time but for now there are couple.
Really sorry I simply couldn't find question here but it might be me being newbie on this forum.

1. How to change alt and titles for images in slider? Is it possible?

I understand if it is not.  Many temples even rocket themes they use some lovely components like rocket sprocket  but image alts and titles there now working and had to have manual tweak.

I really hope you can help me here even if it is the same title and alt for both images there would do the trick but had no idea what file I can tweak here.

I did joomla 1.5 years ago and imags are still on google as it was possible to use alts and titles in sliders. It was JoomlaArt. Images are part of good SEO and marketing on net hence would be nice to have some tweak at least.

I really love your work guys.......simply breath taking! And amazing amazing amazing ! Seriously love you work. That is why I switched even though i am not too familiar with vertex.

If you cannot help I understand..but I think It is just my ignorance at this stage.

Hello,

The sliders themselves don't have the ability to set an alt text. If you are using our Image and Content Fader (which most of our templates use) that is because the sliders don't actually use images at all, they are background images on a div which can't use alt tags. The background approach allows the images to resize and fill the correct areas on responsive sites. Other sliders simply have one or two images and the script itself changes the source of the images, so the alt tag has to be uniform for something like this.

Thank you so much for your replay. I thought it is the case.  Just wondered about file I can edit to assign uniform alt Smiley I did in the past few times with other themes and  - not the best approach how alt should be used but in case of couple of images it is not big drama and still ad to SEO Smiley  Again thank you for your time !
