For all visitors here,

we bought the BLISS-Template and had conflicts with one of the plugins of our Joomla components (SOBI / gallery-plugin). This plugin is working with lightbox.js and the bliss-template has mootool.js. It´s a wellknown issue, that these two scripts cannot work together.

We  contacted the customer service from Shape5.com. Mike, one of their developers, answered very very fast and then the "show" tooks its beginning:

Mike was updating, correcting, always asking and answering short, friendly and he really did all to help us.

Such a helpful, engaged and friendly service we never got till now in our business life, than from Shape5.com and its developer Mike.

All things are working now "round" in our new bliss-template, its functions are very comfortable and variable, as we never seen on any other template (and we know very much template developers).

Conclusion:

Shape5.com and especially Mike are great and we will use their fine looking templates with proud, allways in our mind if there is any need for help, we will get it.
