Hi,

suddenly I have no more access to some of my shape5 templates. If I want to open the menu in the backend, but there is only the message: "Only for  members Shape 5 Joomla Template Club". But i'm in the club with the developer Licence??? What is wrong?

Hello,

Make sure you are trying to access a Joomla product and not a WordPress product. Your account is active, so you can try logging out and back in again in case there's a local session issue on your machine if the problem continues.

Hi,

thanks for answer. Yes, it is sure a joomla product. I deleted all cache of the browser and joomla, logged in and out, but is always the same message: see attachment.

It belongs all my Joomla sites from my first account 2015 before I choose the developer licence this year.

Hello,

I see, you are referring to an actual installed template, not something on our site. The message is just a default message that always shows in the backend of the template, it's not related to your membership status.

If it was working before and not now something on your server or installation had to have changed. You will need to disable all third party extensions on your site to see if one is interfering. Also, check with your host to see if they have done any recent updates to the server. If you are getting this on all your sites, that would point to an issue with the server.

Also, you can try patching Vertex to the latest files:

Thank you very much, the vertex update did it - that was the solution.
