Looking for some info, I'm thinking redesigning my current shop and I'm looking at using shape 5.

My shop contains over 4000 products and I tend to import products in batches of over 100 not one at a time.

I currently use WorldPay and Paypal to process orders.

I've not experiance of joomla or vertumart but I'm fine with manipulating database data.

What I want to know is can this setup cope and what problems I might come across if I do move. One thing I'm very concerned about is search engine indexing as my current setup does that very well indeed. I don't want to make the change and lose all my passing trade and have build traffic buying clicks.

Any advice from shop owners would be very much apreciated too

Hello, these features would be handled by the component, Virtuemart. Virtuemart does have a mass upload option using a csv file. You can demo virtuemart here:

Well that sounds good thanks.

The next step would be to stress test the setup by installing joomla so am I ok simply using the downloadable VirtueMart eCommerce Bundle or do your products need a fresh joomla and then Virtuemart added. I ask that because I don't know if Virtuemart take anything away from Joomla to make that eCommerce Bundle.

Once I'm happy I subscribe to your service but want to be sure first as I depend on my living from this site.

Another question - I have another site which is an auction, would I be allowed to have one of you templates adjust to be used on that auction site ? It's not Joomla but I only need the fron skin.
