i indicated to my consultant that in using the eMercantilism template I want the browse and flypage layouts to be exactly as they are shown in the eMercantilism demo.  I was told that theme and CSS, etc... wasn't provided.

I'm sure you must provide everything that you use in your demo.  Could you explain how one gets the complete eMercantilism template (which would include its theme, CSS, etc... ) as was displayed in your demo pages.

Hello, eMercantilism comes with a site shaper. This is a full install of our demo data. You would need to upgrade your account to paid status to acquire this template.
