How do your custom services work?
Simply choose the service you would like and add it to your cart. At this point you can either add additional services or checkout out and submit your requests.
What happens after I pay for my custom service?
We receive an invoice and description of what service(s) you purchased. After reviewing your order we will contact you. Depending on the service and how well the work you need done is described we may start work before you are contacted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and payments through paypal. Once you place your order you will be transferred to paypal where you can either choose to pay with your credit card or login and pay with your paypal account.
Are these customizations specific to Joomla only?
No, we can do these customizations to any website
Why do I have to pay upfront?
Each service we currently offer is a set price, there are no quotes required. You know exactly what you are getting before you purchase the service.
What is S5 Effects?
S5 Effects is a collection of JavaScript functions written by Shape 5. All JavaScript used in our custom services and templates is powered by S5 Effects. What does this mean, NO SCRIPT CONFLICTIONS! With popular JavaScript libraries such as JQuery or Mootools.
Do you do custom template designs?
No, this is currently not a service we are able to offer. We only convert a design to either CSS or a Joomla template.
