We included a very custom VirtueMart to compliment the Restaurante template. This theme does not have to run on the Restaurante template it can be used with any Shape 5 or any other non Shape 5 template.
This theme actual allows a user to choose either delivery or carryout. This option is then added to the customer notes section (the customer won't see this) along with any note they may add at the end of their order. In the backend of VirtueMart you will then see where they specified either deliver or carryout. 
You then will be directed to the categorys, make sure your images are set to a width of 166 pixels and a height of 155 pixels 
We have stylized the browse_3 page so it appears as follows. The image width needs to 155 pixels and a height of 127 pixels: 
The flypage.tpl.php has been modified as follows, just be sure you have this flypage assigned to your categorys. We grouped all the extras into a tabbed area at the bottom. The tabs will only show if you have certain things enabled such as customer reviews, delivery time, etc:
