What benefits will I receive when I join Shape 5 Template Club?

Depending on what type of membership you choose you can download different templates, source files and more, plus be part of the Shape 5 forum community.

Free members will have access to free templates and free extensions and certain parts of the forum. Paying members will have access to all downloads and full access to the forum during the time of their membership.

How much do memberships cost and how long is my membership?

How can I renew or upgrade my membership?

Once you have become a member and want to upgrade your membership plan or simply renew you can click on the 'Member Area' button on the main menu found on any page of the site. Once you are there simply select a product from the drop down to add on to your account or to renew with. From there our system will guide you through the rest of the process.

Once my membership is expired may I still use Shape 5 products?

Standard template installations do not expire even after your membership expires, however the amount of in-use domains is still limited to the amount of domains allowed under the membership your expired membership had. Developer membership template installations must renew their Developer account if they wish to continue using Shape 5 products after their Developer membership has expired. Not for profit sites do not account against your maximum in-use domains.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

No, you must manually renew your subscription. An upcoming renewal notice will be emailed to the email address you provided us during sign up three days before your account expires.

How often will Shape 5 release new products?

We guarantee one template release per month with additional bonus releases of templates and extensions periodically.

Do I need a Paypal account to sign up?

No, although our payment system is done only with Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to sign up. When you sign up and you are brought to the first Paypal screen simply fill in your billing information and select the type of credit card you would like to use. Note - Paypal will only act as a payment processor if you choose this method, you will not be automatically signed up with Paypal during this process.

If you do have a Paypal account you can simply sign in to your account on the screen mentioned above.

I paid for my membership but I have no received any details of my account.

Almost all Shape 5 transactions go through smoothly with no problems. But in same rare cases emails will no go through because of spam filters, pending transactions, slow servers, etc. Please allow up to four hours to receive any emails from our system (it usually only takes a few minutes).

If after four hours you have not received any information from us please Contact Us immediately and we will be happy to correct the problem for you.

May I make modifications to Shape 5 products including copyright information?

You may make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may alter the products code for your own use. You may not, however, distribute the original products code or your modified products code without the explicit permission of Shape 5. However, you may not remove the Shape 5 copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file. You may remove all other Shape 5 copyrights and links.

May I share my username and password with another person or business?

No, any attempts to share a username and password will result in the immediate life-long suspension from Shape 5 with no refund.
