Hi,

I am relatively new in using S5 tempates and when we wanted to install a couple of the Site Shaper templates it's coming up with the following error:

jtablesession::Store Failed
DB function failed with error number 1146
Table 'wajaale_com.jos_session' doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_session` ( `session_id`,`time`,`username`,`gid`,`guest`,`client_id` ) VALUES ( 'd0704e45a5dff56572409c137067f8bb','1276729948','','0','1','0' )

This happens after the 'Installation' directory is deleted and all the necessary steps in installing the template is completed.

So far I tried 2 Site Shapers, namely News Link and City Portal. They both came up with the same error message.

Any help on this will be much appreciated.

I forgot to mention that 'wajaale_com' is the username of a pre defined database. The details of the predefined db are entered during the installation steps.

Hello,

It sounds like the sql isn't being fully copied over to your server. You can simply download the sql dumps from the downloads area and import them into the database via phpmyadmin. The sql dumps contain the same data as the site shapers just in sql form.
