Hi

For the last two weeks I have had problems getting onto your site. Through home wifi no device would get through to any Shape5 page. Iphone on 3G worked fine. I have now had my IP address set to static and now it works...but what did you guys do to limit the range of allowable IP addresses? My ISP will keep me on a static for a couple of weeks but thereafter want me to pay extra...any advice on what you changed and what I can do if I go back to the dynamic IP?

Hello,

We have not changed anything on our system. Our firewall will block any ip's that try to access our server so many times within a certain time frame. If you ever blocked simply send an email to contact@shape5.com with your ip address and we will investigate it.
