im trying to download the new updated template but it says im expired ??

were is my built in non expiring membership at it telling me i have to be a member to download the template??

Hello,

Your paid membership expired almost a year ago. Once your membership expires you are downgraded to free status and you may only download free products. If you wish to download a club product you would need to renew your membership.

so even tho i payed for the template i have to pay again for the upgrades?

We do not sell templates, we sell memberships. A membership gives you access to product downloads and club forum support. After your membership expires both of these items will expire.

ok i can understand that but the one thing i cant understand is why do you tell all your customers that we get this when we pay
