My site is loading very slow as well as not allowing people to post articles and images. I need to find help in making this site run at its best. can you please help? http://anguilla-anguilla.com

For best performance, it is recommended to follow these guidelines:
1. Limit the number of animations and effects that appear on the same page (Master Page or Page).
2. Downscale your media components e.g. images before adding them. In the future, this will be done automatically by the system.
3. Fonts take up a lot of CPU power and loading time. Please try not to use more then 2 fonts on a single page (Master Page or Page). Fonts in plain, bold, italic, bold & italic are all considered to be different fonts! The best solution would be to use browser text and not simple text.
