At beggining, sorry for my very bad english, i'm not from here

I have only one question:
Can i use one of your templates (Hexicon Gamer) on my commercial site, when i don't have here membership ? I have it from my friend, who does have, but i still don't know it's legal. I repeat, my site is for commercial use ( sms paids, etc. I don't sell tepmlates there or something).

You would need to have another membership in order to do this. Sharing templates with your membership is a violation of our terms of use.

We do not sell individual products, only memberships. We also, do not sell domains, our membership types are simply based on the number of domains you will be using our templates on.

Currently our cheapest membership is $49.99 and you can use the current 25% Christmas promotion, expiring on 12/31.

I must renew membership after one year (Standard 1 Year - 3 Domains ), to using legally templates from here, or buy only one time and use it to death ?

Hello,

A membership included products downloads and club support. After your membership expires both of these items will expire with it. However, you do not need to keep renewing to keep using products you have already downloaded.
